WHO IS FARMER DAVE?

The man behind the mazes

The real beginnings of the Kelowna Corn Maze go back 16 years, to when Farmer Dave started his farming career. Eventually, Farmer Dave's playful spirit and love for Halloween led him to plant a field of cattle corn and create an "a-maize-ingly" family-fun Halloween activity in Kelowna for kids from 2 to 92. For the past four years, the Kelowna Corn Maze has been spreading the Halloween spirit at 539 Valley Road, just two doors down from his family home.

We will be open at 11:30am on Pro D Days during the week

What if we are experiencing inclement weather?

Unfortunately if the winds are too strong or if the rain is pouring down we will be closed for everyone's safety.

Is the maze wheelchair friendly?

The maze ground is bark mulch and can be challenging to maneuver with a wheelchair.

How scary is the maze?

For the younger crowd that scare easy, we recommend the Day Maze as the container displays will be open for viewing but there will be no scary sounds, movements or lights. This being said, all ages are welcome in both mazes day and night. Use your own discretion on how your child will react, after all, you know them best!

Do we need any specific footwear for the maze?

We recommend you wear comfortable shoes for walking around. The ground is covered in bark mulch so it is bumpy and uneven.

How long does it take to walk through the maze?

This all depends on how long you take to enjoy the scenes we have created for you and the environment. It could take as little as 15min or up to 45min for the Traditional Maze, and 15min to 30min for the Scare Maze.

Do you allow entry till 10pm?

We would appreciate guests to arrive 30min prior to closing, but have yet to turn anyone away for running late.
